From the UK, Director John McKimm founded Fiberblast Marine in Phuket in 2013, bringing innovative blasting technology to Thailand. Over a decade, he built a strong portfolio marked by successful projects. During the Covid lockdown, John became Bosun, managing two 60M+ Superyachts.
At Bespoke Yacht Management, John oversees yacht maintenance and heads our international deliveries. With a background at Portsmouth Naval Base working on vessels like HMS Mersey, and as a captain with 40,000+ international miles, John deeply understands client needs.

With an in-depth understanding of administrative processes and a meticulous eye for detail, Khun Mai is an invaluable asset to our team. Spearheading the administration division, she ensures that the heart of our operations runs smoothly, eliminating any potential hiccups.
Khun Mai is there to assist with all the legal aspects of their yacht management including customs clearance, visas and translations.
